King Cake Shipping Restrictions

All king cakes are shipped out Monday through Friday.

Unless otherwise requested, your king cake will be delivered on the earliest available "Non-Premium" delivery day.

Next Day Air shipping selection will allow deliveries Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Next Day Air Saver shipping selection will allow deliveries Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

2nd Day Air selection will allow deliveries Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

We CAN NOT ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Receiving (by the customer)

It is your responsibility to advise the carrier of obvious damage to the outside of the package before you open it and to follow through and notify us immediately of any missing or incorrect items or damage not visible from the outside. Claims made more than a few days after receiving an order are difficult to substantiate.

Return Policy

If you received a king cake which was damaged, please use our online contact form or call us at 504-274-0735.

We make every effort to "get it right." It is easier for everyone that way! Mistakes happen, however, and none of us are immune. When we are in error, we will cover the cost of return and apply full credit to your account or ship the correct merchandise at corrected or equal cost, with free shipping.

If it is the customer's error, we will make every attempt to help resolve the misunderstanding, communication, or other problem, and make it right regardless of who's at fault. Associated costs vary, but may involve shipping, re-stocking, repair, replacement, substitution, and/or delay, as they will be stated clearly before final disposition.
